Every December, we launch our “212 Gives Back” initiative by giving all our employees an extra Christmas bonus. Rather than using this money for themselves, employees choose a local non-profit to donate to, and then share what they love about that organization with the rest of the team.

Senior Content and Visual Specialist Crystal Horner has decided to donate to All Things New, a Winona-Lake-based non-profit that seeks to restore the lives of women struggling with drug and alcohol dependency. “I’ve chosen to support All Things New because I admire their dedication to providing hope and a new start for women and families,” says Crystal.

“I remember when All Things New was in its ‘dream’ stage many years ago,” Crystal recalls. Having had a small part in some of the organization’s graphic design in its beginning stages, Crystal had a front-row seat to the passion and dedication of its founders. “It is wonderful to see how far All Things New has come since those days—and the positive, healing impact it is now having in many people’s lives.”

All Things New offers personalized programs for women who struggle with various addictions, empowering them to leave their old habits and find hope and peace. “All Things New offers a safe environment, life skills, counseling, and more. It is a holistic approach.” Crystal explains. “I am glad this ministry is growing and meeting important needs in the community.”
